To Fear or Not To Fear, That is the Question.
What is the Number 1 Factor that keeps Men from dating more women?

#1. Not enough money.
#2. Not Enough Hair.
#3. Too Fat or Skinny.
#4. I’m an unemployed 37 year old lazy bastard that still lives with my parents.

Answer.. None of the Above. I would say that #4 could put a damper on your situation. The major factor that keeps men from dating more women is the FEAR OF REJECTION! Some guys just freeze up and won’t approach a girl because they don’t want to be rejected. The pain of rejection far outweighs the benefit of meeting a great girl. I don’t know anyone that likes being rejected. There is a hot girl with a smoking body, you get the courage to ask her out and out of nowhere she looks at you like you are a peasant, she flips you the bird and tells you to “Fuck off”. Who in there right mind likes that?
To help get over the fear of rejection, here is a fun exercise that I recommend you do.

I call it the “Perfect Exercise”.

I want you to think about how it would benefit you to get rejected and how it will benefit you if you get a date with a girl that you want to approach.
Here goes.
If she rejects me, gives me the middle finger and tells me to fuck off, it would benefit me because maybe she is an idiot in real life and if I dated her I would be miserable. Maybe she ends up being boring and then I’ll have to break up with her. Maybe she’ll turn me into a pussy whipped fool and I’ll spend my life sucking up to her and being ridiculed by my friends and family. Maybe she’ll steal my money and use it to take a vacation with a guy named “Serge”. Maybe she is incapable of pleasuring me and I’ll end up spending all my money on cheap drunk hookers that have bad hygiene. You see how perfect it is that she rejected you.. Aren’t you glad she said no.

Now let’s see the perfection in her saying yes. You meet the girl of your dreams, she is a great lover, she treats your parents with respect, she inherits a lot of money and has the both of you live in a mansion that is paid for. She has a friend that thinks your cute and wouldn’t mind a little threesome. You get the idea. It’s all perfect.

Get over the fear of rejection by simply believing that any outcome (rejection or not) is a perfect outcome that totally benefits you. This is a great exercise in life and with women. You see for every person out there is a mate. Don’t let the fear of rejection stop you.

Here’s a dumb question.  Have you ever been afraid to approach a woman that you found attractive?  If you said no, then you are a lying sack of shit.  We all, at one time or another, have been afraid to approach a beautiful girl. Nobody wants to look like a fool and no one enjoys a chance to be cut down.  The pain of rejection far outweighs the pleasure of meeting a dynamite girl.  This sucks because the only thing that is holding you back is your fear or to be more specific, your “Approaching Anxiety”.  There are many ways to over come fear but a simple and effective way is…….Wait for it…”Practice”.  Yes, that’s right, I said “Practice”.  “But wait a minute, where or how do I practice approaching girls?”  Well, I am glad you asked.  Let me give you a very easy and fun exercise that will set you on your way to becoming a dating machine.

Today is a good day to start.

Step #1. Detach yourself from any outcome when doing this exercise.  This means don’t have any expectations and don’t try to ask for a phone number or try to get a date.

Step #2. Put yourself into a relaxed state. Be aware of your body language, and your mental attitude.  Be carefree, funny, put a little smirk on your face.  You Da Man!

Step #3.  Here it is….It’s really hard(sarcasm).   Make eye contact, smile  and say ?‘Hi”  to  every girl you meet. Don’t stare, just make eye contact, smile and say hi.  Then keep going about your business.
Meet girls at coffee shops and just be cool.  If you order a coffee from a girl at the counter and she is wearing a name tag, say “Hi” followed by her name.  When you get your order say “Thank you” followed by her name. This will be true for anytime you encounter a female service person that is wearing a name tag.  By the way, you must do this even if the women is old, chubby, has facial hair and has a zit the size of a tennis ball growing out the side of her nose. No women get left behind.

Simple places to meet and greet women are: the mall, clothing stores, women who sit near you, co workers, public transportation, a girl waiting in line ahead of you or in back of you.

The key to this exercise is to detach yourself from any outcome. Have zero expectations and most of all try to have fun.  The more you meet and greet women the easier it will be when it count’s.

Getting over “Approach Anxiety” could take 5 minutes or a lifetime. It is totally in your control.  Make the most of your day by meeting new women.  The sooner you create this ritual as a daily habit, the sooner you will attain your goals.

Here are some rules that men should remember in their quest to attract women. 

1. Physical attraction is the first stage of the game. 

Understand that like men, women are also very visual. You can get her to lock her attention on you  when she notices and gets attracted by the way you look. When I say you need to look good, it doesn’t mean you have to become a clone of a movie star or a male supermodel. Nothing attracts a woman more than a man who knows how to take care of himself. Try to accentuate your strong physical features by dressing up nicely, getting a haircut, and smelling good. Pay attention to how you carry yourself. 

2. Confidence is indispensible. 

You start whining, “She’s beautiful and I’m not bad myself, but why is she still not into me?”  Well, have you tried checking on your confidence level lately? 

Confidence is such a powerful factor that interplay’s in the game of sexual attraction. It gives you the courage to stop staring at your shoes and start looking at a girl in the eyes. It propels you to muster the strength to talk to women and overcome shyness. Confidence is a catalyst that can even override rule number one if you use it sparingly. Having a healthy amount of self-esteem can exponentially raise your chances of attracting women because there is just something about confident men that turns women on. When a man exudes confidence, it radiates power and a sense of being reliable, qualities that women are really rooting for in a man. 

3. Know what women want. 

You will have the advantage of attracting women by knowing more of what they like, what they don’t, and what makes them smile. Having these pieces of information will help you plan how to approach them. More importantly, knowing what women want will help you understand them better. I know it sounds like a tedious task because it almost entails you to become a mind reader. However, remember that there is no puzzle that can’t be solved, and the same truth applies to women. 

4. A great sense of humor can get you far. 

Women easily feel comfortable and at ease with a man who has a great sense of humor. For a man, it is a trump card that can be used to attract women. If you can make a woman laugh, you have already solved 50% of the puzzle in the game of attraction. Unfortunately, not everyone possesses such a strong sense of humor, so if you don’t have it, don’t push it. You might just border on being obnoxious or trying hard to please. 

5. Be yourself. 

This is a cliché, but I can’t say this enough: Don’t try to be someone you’re not. No matter how desperate you are in getting the woman of your dreams, pretending to be someone else is not the way to go. Not only will it make you feel uncomfortable, it will also make you look deceptive in the eyes of women. Don’t ruin your chances and your reputation just to be liked. Show them who you really are and don’t tell lies about your job, your family or your personality.
