Grab Your Balls Workout

Today’s special workout is with Zuzana of BodyRockTv.  In this fat burning routine, she is going to show you a very intense circuit cardio routine that includes 4 total body exercises.

1.  The Wood Chuck. Start with one side then alternate to the other.
2.  Burpees.  If it it too hard with the ball, use your body weight.
3.  Ball Climbers. This is a variation of the mountain climber.
4.   Floor Toss and Catch.  Position your legs according to your level of coordination.

Remember to count reps in between exercises so that you challenge yourself…. Good Luck.
