This is Jaime.  She is a hot, tough little girl from Massachusetts and Las Vegas.  She can be intimidating.  You as man with “game”, you should not be afraid.  You should like the challenge of the win. You bought the latest pick up artist book from a guy with some fancy rock star name. You read all the posts in the pick up artist forums.  Everything you learned has worked for them, of course it will work for you.  They said it would. You are prepared.  You have  a strategy, an opener, a plan.  You approach her, she shoots you down.  What do you do?  Do you run with your tail between your ass or do you try to figure out a better way?  You regroup, you make the approach again, she spits you out like your a little nugget of meat caught between her back teeth.  That’s it, you quit.  Or do you?    She didn’t reject you, she rejected your approach.  Could it be that you really suck with your “game”?  You think you’ve got it, but the pathetic reality is that you don’t. Not even close.    You think that having “game” is all you need to attract women. That couldn’t be further from the truth.  You need to realize that picking up women is not about “game”.  It’s about you.  Game only gets you so far… with stupid girls. A better you, is what’s going to take you to the promise land.  It really isn’t your fault. There are a handful of self proclaimed  “Guru’s” out there that are selling these pick up artist programs. Marketing a bunch of fantasy land bullshit.  As mentioned before, they have fake names, one word names, they use to be a pimple faced loser but now they proclaim to be able to pick up any girl they desire.  That is a bunch of  crap!  They talk about openers, what women want, how to psychologically dissect a women. That’s a bunch of amateur psycho babble.

When you realize that instead of working on your “Game”,  you should work on you. That is when you will attract all kinds of women.  Creating a fake alter ego isn’t going to get it done.  Being a strong “real” you is what will do it for you.  Don’t get caught up in marketing hype.  Be real.

Let’s start off by analyzing your “Game”.

Are you getting the results you want with your dating?
Are you controlling your “Approach Anxiety” or is it controlling you?
When you go out in public, at what level is your mental state?
When in public what is your body language projecting?
Are you meeting the right women?
Are you asking for a telephone number?
Are you getting phone numbers?

There are many ways to analyze your performance but it all comes down to the real question:  Are you satisfied with your dating results?

If your honest with yourself, you probably need to focus on some aspect of your game.
The best way to get the result you want is to ask yourself a very simple CORE question.

“What do I need to do to get excellent at dating women?”  This is a very powerful question that can change your whole life.  If you have a desire to meet and date more women and you are striving to become great then you need to  ask yourself this question on a daily basis.

Write down all your thoughts.  You might find that you are good a starting a conversation, but lousy at getting the phone number.  You might find that you still need to work on your approach anxiety.  Maybe you are great at getting the date but tend to lack comfort when you are actually on a date.  Maybe you are meeting and dating women that are not compatible with you.  There could be any number of factors you could analyze.
What will set you a part from from other men is that by asking yourself this core question, you are setting up yourself for success.  You are taking the necessary steps to correct any weakness in your game and get the results you want.

Mastery of dating is about honest feedback .  Know what you are good at and work on the things that you need to improve upon.

Want a quick sure fire way of repelling women? Be the “Nice Guy” and see how far you get.

Let me tell you about a man I know named Loomis. Loomis has a habit of sabotaging every relationship he “thinks” he is in. When ever Loomis is with a girl he automatically puts on his “nice guy” hat and starts becoming a spineless goof. He does all the girls chores, he buys all the meals, he pays for all the movie tickets, he buys girls all these gifts and basically kisses every square inch of a girls ass.

Where do you think this kind of behavior has taken Loomis? I’ll tell you where, to “I just want to be friendsville”. Yup, that’s right, she just wants to be friends. “Just being friends” means one of 2 things. Either she want’s to take advantage of you because she knows your a puppy dog, or she wants nothing to do with you but keeps you around because your a “nice guy” and doesn’t want to hurt your feelings.

You see it is not Loomis’s fault that he acts this way. He has been a victim of social conditioning. Society tell us that being a “nice guy” is what women want. That’s a bunch of crap. The “nice guy” behavior only makes women believe that the man has no value. A women doesn’t truly respect a man that goes out of his way to be nice. You will never be taken seriously with women if you just keep on being an accommodating wuss. She’ll walk all over you and then you will be stuck with nothing in the relationship except a lower self worth and value.

It’s OK to be interested and nice, but you still need to present the women with a challenge.
Instead of being the “nice guy”, be an interesting person who constantly challenges women. Don’t just drop everything for the girls attention. Teasing, flirting, even playing a little hard to get is a better option. Make her know your time is valuable.
By holding yourself to a higher standard, you will be creating value for yourself. A man that has high value is more attractive to a women.

To Fear or Not To Fear, That is the Question.
What is the Number 1 Factor that keeps Men from dating more women?

#1. Not enough money.
#2. Not Enough Hair.
#3. Too Fat or Skinny.
#4. I’m an unemployed 37 year old lazy bastard that still lives with my parents.

Answer.. None of the Above. I would say that #4 could put a damper on your situation. The major factor that keeps men from dating more women is the FEAR OF REJECTION! Some guys just freeze up and won’t approach a girl because they don’t want to be rejected. The pain of rejection far outweighs the benefit of meeting a great girl. I don’t know anyone that likes being rejected. There is a hot girl with a smoking body, you get the courage to ask her out and out of nowhere she looks at you like you are a peasant, she flips you the bird and tells you to “Fuck off”. Who in there right mind likes that?
To help get over the fear of rejection, here is a fun exercise that I recommend you do.

I call it the “Perfect Exercise”.

I want you to think about how it would benefit you to get rejected and how it will benefit you if you get a date with a girl that you want to approach.
Here goes.
If she rejects me, gives me the middle finger and tells me to fuck off, it would benefit me because maybe she is an idiot in real life and if I dated her I would be miserable. Maybe she ends up being boring and then I’ll have to break up with her. Maybe she’ll turn me into a pussy whipped fool and I’ll spend my life sucking up to her and being ridiculed by my friends and family. Maybe she’ll steal my money and use it to take a vacation with a guy named “Serge”. Maybe she is incapable of pleasuring me and I’ll end up spending all my money on cheap drunk hookers that have bad hygiene. You see how perfect it is that she rejected you.. Aren’t you glad she said no.

Now let’s see the perfection in her saying yes. You meet the girl of your dreams, she is a great lover, she treats your parents with respect, she inherits a lot of money and has the both of you live in a mansion that is paid for. She has a friend that thinks your cute and wouldn’t mind a little threesome. You get the idea. It’s all perfect.

Get over the fear of rejection by simply believing that any outcome (rejection or not) is a perfect outcome that totally benefits you. This is a great exercise in life and with women. You see for every person out there is a mate. Don’t let the fear of rejection stop you.

Here’s a dumb question.  Have you ever been afraid to approach a woman that you found attractive?  If you said no, then you are a lying sack of shit.  We all, at one time or another, have been afraid to approach a beautiful girl. Nobody wants to look like a fool and no one enjoys a chance to be cut down.  The pain of rejection far outweighs the pleasure of meeting a dynamite girl.  This sucks because the only thing that is holding you back is your fear or to be more specific, your “Approaching Anxiety”.  There are many ways to over come fear but a simple and effective way is…….Wait for it…”Practice”.  Yes, that’s right, I said “Practice”.  “But wait a minute, where or how do I practice approaching girls?”  Well, I am glad you asked.  Let me give you a very easy and fun exercise that will set you on your way to becoming a dating machine.

Today is a good day to start.

Step #1. Detach yourself from any outcome when doing this exercise.  This means don’t have any expectations and don’t try to ask for a phone number or try to get a date.

Step #2. Put yourself into a relaxed state. Be aware of your body language, and your mental attitude.  Be carefree, funny, put a little smirk on your face.  You Da Man!

Step #3.  Here it is….It’s really hard(sarcasm).   Make eye contact, smile  and say ?‘Hi”  to  every girl you meet. Don’t stare, just make eye contact, smile and say hi.  Then keep going about your business.
Meet girls at coffee shops and just be cool.  If you order a coffee from a girl at the counter and she is wearing a name tag, say “Hi” followed by her name.  When you get your order say “Thank you” followed by her name. This will be true for anytime you encounter a female service person that is wearing a name tag.  By the way, you must do this even if the women is old, chubby, has facial hair and has a zit the size of a tennis ball growing out the side of her nose. No women get left behind.

Simple places to meet and greet women are: the mall, clothing stores, women who sit near you, co workers, public transportation, a girl waiting in line ahead of you or in back of you.

The key to this exercise is to detach yourself from any outcome. Have zero expectations and most of all try to have fun.  The more you meet and greet women the easier it will be when it count’s.

Getting over “Approach Anxiety” could take 5 minutes or a lifetime. It is totally in your control.  Make the most of your day by meeting new women.  The sooner you create this ritual as a daily habit, the sooner you will attain your goals.

We at MensTelevision.com are always asking women about their opinion on men and dating. It’s only logical because you should get as much information as you can so that you can be a better dater.

One trait that women would like to change about the men that they meet is that they would like them to grow up. Some guys think that it is OK to act like an immature moron.   I will give you a hint, acting like an irresponsible kid totally turns women off.  The reality is that women hate men who act like boys.  A man that acts mature and has mature characteristics naturally attract women.  Even party girls are suckers for men that have it all together.

You don’t have to act like an old man with no sense of humor.  Girls don’t want to date “GrandPa”.  You can have fun.  The point is women are naturally attracted to men that are mature no matter your age.  Rate yourself on some of these traits and see how you stand.  If you feel you need to make adjustments, then that is perfect. You are on your way to having beautiful women be naturally attracted to you.

2.  Exercise.  It is a great way to build your self esteem.  Weight training, running, playing sports will boost your confidence because your body will be in peak condition.  Exercising on a regular basis releases endorphins and it makes you feel alive and ready for action.

3.  Be aware of your mental and physical state.  When your out with people be aware of how your body posture is and how you feel mentally.  Is your body straight and relaxed?  Are you smiling?  Are you in a mental state that is  positive and alert.  These are traits that are essential to meeting women.  Do you like being around women that are slouched and negative?  Even girls that are considered a level 10 are unattractive if they have lousy attitudes.  Get in the habit of being aware of your body language and your attitude and you will benefit not only with your dating but also with all aspects of your life.

You never have a second chance to make a first impression, so make sure your first impression is one that exudes confidence and a high self worth.  You will find that women love it and you can attain anything you desire.
